PENGARUH PADAT TEBAR BERBEDA TERHADAP SINTASAN DAN PERTUMBUHAN BENIH IKAN LELAN (Osteochilus pleurotaenia)
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of different spreading densities on survival and growth of fish pla seed (Osteochilus pleurotaenia). This research used experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisted of treatments and 3 replications. Treatment A, stocking density with 20 fishes/ 75 liters of water, Treatment B, stocking density with 40 fishes /75 liters of water, Treatment C, stocking density with 60 fishes / 75 liters of water and the treatment D with stocking density 80/75 liters of water. The results of research showed that the highest survival rate found on treatment A and treatment B were (100% ± 0%) then followed by treatment C (93.89% ± 5.85%) and the lowest survival rate found on treatment D (92.08% ± 7.21%). The highest absolute length addition found on treatment B (10.80 ± 0.80 mm), followed by treatment A (10.26 ± 2.96 mm), C (10.13 ± 2.83 mm) and treatment D (7:30 ± 4.06 mm). The highest weight addition of fish pla found on treatment B (2.47 ± 0.47 g), followed by treatment A (2.10 ± 0.69 g) and treatment C (1.82 ± 0.16 g) and lowest on treatment D (1.21 ± 0.90g). The highest efficiency of feed was found on treatment D (1.49% ± 1.41%) and the lowest found on treatment B (0.16% ± 0.06%) It can be concluded that stocking density 40 fishes/75 liters of water provide the best growth to fish pla seeds.
