PENGARUH PEMBERIAN AMPAS TAHU FERMENTASI SEBAGAI PENGGANTI BUNGKIL KEDELAI PADA PAKAN IKAN TERHADAP SINTASAN DAN LAJU PERTUMBUHAN IKAN GURAME (Osphronemus gouramy Lac.)
Abstract
This research is aimed to know the influence of the provision of dregs know as a substitute for soybean on feed against the rate of survival and growth gurame fish ( Osphronemus gouramy Lac. ).This research was carried out on June to July 2014. The method that used in this study is an experiment with a direct descent of spaciousness. The research design used was Complete Random Design with 4 treatments and 3 replicates. A treatment (0% tofu dregs - 100% soybean dregs), treatment B (25% of tofu dregs - 75% soybeans dregs), treatment C (50% tofu dregs - 50% soybean dregs), and treatment D (75% tofu dregs - 25% soybean dregs). The results showed that proximate values obtained by test analyses of proteins found in the best treatment D (28,78 percent) followed by treatment of the C (27,94%) treatment B (24,58%) and treatment A (21.75 percent). The rate of top survival is at a gurame fish at the treatment D (86.67%) while the lowest is on the treatment A (72,00%). The absolute weight of the highest value lies in the treatment of D (6.48 grams), while the lowest is on the treatment A (4,76 gr). Growth long absolute of gurame fish during research have growth in an absolute long most high is treatment a and d ( 1,86 cm ), and the lowest is treatment b ( 1,66 cm ).Conversion most feed good are on treatment c ( 2,70 % ), while the last was treatment a ( 3,56 % ). The highest proteins retention are on treatment of treatment b as that of 30,02 %, then the highest for the fat retention are on treatment d as that of 10,24 %.
