PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN Spirulina platensis PADA PAKAN TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KECERAHAN WARNA IKAN GUPPY ( Poecilia reticulata )
Abstract
The guppy (Poecilia reticulata) is one type of fish that have expensive price relatife, where the brightness of the color and type determine the selling price. This study aims to determine the optimal dose of Spirulina platensis on the addition of artificial feed to discoloration in the guppy. This study used a completely randomized design with 4 treatments: A, B, C, D and 3 replications. Observations made during the 6 weeks of analysis used was the Kruskal-Wallis. The results showed that the addition of Spirulina platensis powder as much as 3% yield bright colors compared to other treatments and control. The survival rate in each treatment 100%.
