Penggunaan Bahan Filter Yang Berbeda Pada Media Pemeliharaan Benih Ikan Sepat Mutiara (Trichogaster leeri) Terhadap Kelangsungan Hidup Dan Pertumbuhan

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyzed the different of filter media on psiculture Trichogaster Leeri towards survival and growth. It was chosen by using experimental with a completely randomized design. It was consisted of  4 treatments and 3 replicates. A Treatment (Filter consists of spons + zeolit 1,8 kg), B Treatment (Filter consists of spons + charcoal 0,5 kg), C Treatment (Filter consists of spons + brick 1,7 kg), D Treatment (Filter consists of spons + zeolit 0,6 kg + charcoal 0,16 kg + brick 0,56 kg). The sample of this research was Trichogaster Leeri fish, the total number of sample was 300 fish, old 45 days, weight around 0,15-0,45 gram, and length 16-38 mm. The container used 12 aquarium with size 90 x 40 x 35 cm, each aquarium filled 25 Trichogaster Leeri fish. The result of this research shows that the use of different filter gives no real contribution towards survival and growth of Trichogaster Leeri fish (p > 0.05). The treatment of each survival had same (100%), the real highest weight found on D Treatment (2,58 gr), the real highest length found on D treatment (33,07 mm)
