PEMBERIAN KORTEKS OTAK SAPI PADA PAKAN NAUPLIUS ARTEMIA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KELANGSUNGAN HIDUP DAN PERTUMBUHAN LARVA IKAN MAS KOKI (Carassius aurstus, L)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimal concentration of brain cortex cow for enrichment of Artemia Naples with the survival and growth of larval goldfish (Carassius auratus L.). The research was conducted in August - October 2014. The method used in this study is an experiment directly from the field. The research design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. Treatment A (control), treatment B (15% w / v brain cortex cow), treatment C (20% w / v brain cortex cow), and treatment D (25% w / v brain cortex cow).The survival of the larvae goldfish in each treatment had the same percentage of 100%. The growth of the absolute length of larval goldfish for research that has the highest growth in absolute length is treatment D (14.00 mm), followed by treatment of C (12.46 mm) followed by treatment B (11.93 mm) and the lowest treatment A (9.06 mm).
