PENGARUH PEMBERIAN DEDAK DENGAN KONSENTRASI YANG BERBEDA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN Daphnia sp DENGAN SISTEM TEKNOLOGI BIOFLOK

Abstract

This research began in November 2014. Place of maintenance in Hatchery in Pariaman city. The aimed is to know the influence of the bran with the different concentration of the Daphnia sp growth with bioflok technology system.

The design of the research used in this study is Complete Random Design consisting of 3 treatments and 4 repeatings. Treatment A (control), treatment  B (the bran 0.5 gr per liter), treatment C (the bran 1 gr per liter) and treatment D (the bran 1.5 gr per liter). Obtained data analyzed by One-Way Anova while the analysis of the main components and using software diskriminan spss version of the analysis of 13.

The result of anova analysis showed that the mean density of  Daphnia sp for own treatment is different. In this study was obtained that F count > F table (P<0.05), so H₀ rejected and H₁ accepted. Get the highest density in treatment B (the bran 0.5 gr per liter) namely 2076,18 ind/L followed with a treatment is 790,47 (control) ind/ L , and treatment of C ( the bran 1 gr per liter ) namely 304,76 ind/L and the lowest in treatment C (the bran 1.5 gr per liter) namely 209,51 ind /L.
