PENGARUH PEMBERIAN FERMENTASI DEDAK DAN RAGI ROTI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN POPULASI Daphnia magna

Abstract

This research began on 5 May 2014 until of 3 June 2014. Place of maintenance in Hatchery in Pariaman city. The aimed is to know the influence of provision fertilizer that is different to growth of population of Daphnia magna, and also to produce maximum population of daphnia magna. The method that used in this research will be done is the experimental methods. The design of the research used in this study is Complete Random Design consisting of 3 treatments and 4 repeatings. The treatment is:  treatment  A = the provision of fermentation bran + 2 500 gr yeast bread, treatment B = the provision of fermentation bran 500 gr + 4 gr yeast bread , treatment C = the provision of fermentation bran + 6 500 gr yeast bread. Obtained data analyzed by One-Way Anova while the analysis of the main components and using software diskriminan spss version of the analysis of 13. Of the results of the analysis of one-way anova showed that the mean density of Daphnia magna for all treatments markedly dissimilar. The highest was obtained in treatment A (the provision of fermentation bran 500 gr + 2 gr the leaven of bread) is 753,93 ind/L reached the height of the population on the day of 6th followed by treatment B (the provision of fermentation bran 500 gr + 4 gr the leaven of bread) 150,96 ind/L reached the height of the population on the day of 7th and the lowest is in treatment of C (the provision of fermentation bran 500 gr gr + 6 of the leaven of bread) 83,07 ind/L reached the height of the population in the day all 8.
