UJI EFEKTIVITAS AIR PERASAN JERUK NIPIS (Citrus aurantifolia, Swingle) DENGAN DOSIS YANG BERBEDA UNTUK MENGHAMBAT PERTUMBUHAN BAKTERI Yersenia ruckeri DARI IKAN LELE (Clarias gariepinus Blkr)
Abstract
The focus in this study is whether there is any concentration influence of the effectiveness test of lime juice (Citrus aurantifolia, Swingle) to inhibit the growth of bacteria Yersinia ruckeri from catfish (Clarias gariepinus Blkr) with experimental research methods and Complete Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 treatments and 4 replications. The hypothesis of this study is that there is the effect of lime juice application to inhibit the growth of bacteria Yersinia ruckeri from catfish (Clarias gariepinus Blkr). From the hypothesis test by using t-test statistical with the t-price obtained above, it can be seen that t-count > t-table, ie 11.37 > 4.26. Therefore, the hypothesis that the author proposed, that there is influence of lime juice application to inhibit the growth of bacteria Yersinia ruckeri from catfish(Clarias gariepinus Blkr) is proven to be true and acceptable.
