POLA PEMASARAN IKAN OLAHAN DI NAGARI AIR BANGIS KECAMATAN SUNGAI BEREMAS KABUPATEN PASAMAN BARAT

Abstract

This research is aimed to know (1) the pattern of Processed Fish Marketing (2) to analize the margin of Processed Fish Marketing (3) the institutes involved in marketing pattern in Nagari Air Bangis Sungai Beremas Sub- district West Pasaman Regency. The method was used in this research is descriptive method. The data was collected by surveying and observing to the area. Primary data was collecting by taking sample with “ sampling randomly”. The number of population is 250 produsers. By using “Solvin” formula, there are 70 respondents gotten. Secondary data was gotten from the available institutes related to this research, such as Department of Marine and Fisheries, Central Bureau of Statistics, BPR LPN Bank, sub-district office and wali nagari office. Based on the result of this research forward the patten of processed fish marketing in Nagari Air Bangis, there are 5 patterns of marketing. The highest of collector level of marketing margin in Nagari Air Bangis is 75 % for tuna (ikan tongkol). In other case, the lowest of collector level of marketing margin in Nagari Air Bangis is tiny fish (ikan teri), 25,03 %. Then, the highest of distributor level is 55, 59% for sardines ( ikan sarden), but the lowest of distributor level of marketing margin is sinagin fish (ikan sinagin) 13,04 %. Marketing margin for Padang area, the higest of collector level is 13,33 % for Peperek fish, but the lowest of collector level can be found for Blanak fish, 10 %. For distributor level in Padang area, the highest is 59,09% for sardines (ikan sarden), and the lowest is sinangan fish, 8%.
