PENGKAYAAN Daphnia sp. DENGAN VITERNA TERHADAP KELANGSUNGAN HIDUP DAN PERTUMBUHAN BENIH IKAN SEPAT MUTIARA ( Trichogaster Leeri )

Abstract

The purpose of this research was determine the optimal dose Viterna on Daphnia sp enrichment as a natural food Trichogaster leeri fish towards survival and growth. It was chosen by using experimental with a completely randomized design. It was consisted of   5 treatments and 3 replicates. A treatments (control), B (10ml/L), C (20 ml/L), D (30 ml/L), and E (40ml/L). The sample of this research was Trichogaster Leeri fish, the total number of sample was 120 fish, old

28 days, mean weight around 0,12-0,14 mg, and length mean 10-11 mm. The container used 15 aquarium with size 40 x 20 x 20 cm, each aquarium filled 8 Trichogaster Leeri fish. The result of this research shows that the on Daphnia sp enrichment as a natural food for the gives real contribution towards survival and growth of Trichogaster Leeri fish (p < 0.05). The treatment of each survival had same (100%) and for the growth of both the length (17,09 mm) and weight (27,53 mg) of the fish were highest in treatment B at a dose of 10 ml / L Viterna.
