Abstract

This study aims to determine the length of immersion of eggs in guava leaf extract in different doses against the hatchability of eggs and the survival and growth of koi carp (Cyprinus carpio L.). He method used in this research is the method of experiment . The research design used in this research is completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 repetitions. Treatment A (Control / without soaking), Treatment B (Old Time Immersion Eggs 10 Minutes) and treatment C (Old Time Immersion Eggs 20 Minutes), treatment D (Long Time Immersion Eggs 30 Minutes). The results showed that the hatching eggs by immersion guava leaf extract was not significantly different, the level of hatching eggs were the highest in treatment B with a percentage of 73.33 %, and the lowest in treatment C with a percentage of 63.16%. Survival rate of koi carp were not significantly different, the highest survival rate in the treatment A with a percentage of 85.04 %, and the lowest in treatment D with a percentage of 51.98 %. The highest absolute weight is the treatment of A (0.21 g), the lowest in treatment C (0.19 g). While long pesentase highest absolute growth in treatment A (1,71cm) and the lowest in treatment B (1.54 cm).
