ANALISIS SISTEM BAGI HASIL PERIKANAN DAN PENDAPATAN NELAYAN TONDA DI KOTA PADANG

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the fishing profit sharing system and the income of ships’ owners and the ships’ crews of tonda in Padang. The research was conducted in May, 2014 – November, 2015. Samples are fishing fishermen of tonda who are 90 ships’ crews and 75 ships’ owners. The choosing of respondents was done purposively. Research findings showed that gross income was Rp. 20.525.533, it’s reduced by operational fee as much as Rp. 11.651.533, so that it got Rp. 8.901.000, profit sharing for the ships’ owners was 50% (Rp. 4.450.500), and for the crews was 50% with the details; 20% for the captains (Rp. 1.780.200), for the working crews was 30% (Rp. 2.670.300), it is divided by three parts for each crews (Rp. 890.011). Profit sharing of fishing tools of tonda, in Padang estuaries, already fulfills the rules No. 16 of 1964. That is the cost and safety warranty of the fishermen are certified together by the ships’ owners and the ships’ crews, the maintenance and repairing costs are certified by the ships’ owners, the net incomes are divided by 50% for the ships’ owners and 50% for the crews/fishermen.
