PEMELIHARAAN BENIH IKAN ASANG (Osteochilus vittatus) PADA SISTEM RESIRKULASI DENGAN PADAT TEBAR YANG BERBEDA
Abstract
The research was conducted to knowing density proper with the system recirculation on seeds osteochilus vittatus. Size seeds used 5 cm, a container of tub concrete size 2 x 2 x 0,6 m who coated with tarps and irrigation system recirculation. Methods used is the method his experiments with use design random complete ( RAL) to 4 treatment and 3 repliculation. Treatment A with dense stocking 150 tail /1200 l water; treatment B with dense stocking 200 tail /1200 l water; treatment C with dense 250 tail/1200 l water and treatment D with dense stocking 300 tail /1200 l water . The research results show that treatment B with density 200 tail / 1200 l running water having the highest growth covering growth absolute weight (7.015 ± 1,000 g), long absolute (2.930 ± 0.413 mm), Daily weight (0.087 ± 0.015 mg/days), long daily (0.036 ± 0.005 mm/days ), weight specific (8.769 ± 1.242 %), long specific ( 3.663 ± 0.521 %) and the lowest found in treatment d with density 300 tail/1200 l water with growth absolute weight (5.344 ± 0.950 gr), long absolute (2.512 ± 0.312 mm), Daily weight (0.067 ± 0.011 mg/days), long daily (0.031 ± 0.005 mm/days) , weight specific (6.680 ± 1.187 % ), long specific (3.143 ± 0.400 % ), Survival is highest on a density150 tail / 1200 l water (95.966 ± 0.057 %), and the lowest on a density 300 tail / 1200 l water (83.666 ± 0.057 %). Efficiency feed is highest on a (150 tail / 1200 l) water (2.669 ± 119.308 %), and the lowest density 300 tail/1200 l water (1.868 ± 17.834 %).
