PENGAYAAN PAKAN DENGAN SUMBER LEMAK BERBEDA TERHADAP KELANGSUNGAN HIDUP DAN PERTUMBUHAN BENIH IKAN SEPAT MUTIARA (Trichogaster leeri)
Abstract
The purpose of this research to know the influence of fat different in fodder for survival and growth in seed fish gourami pearl ( trichogaster leeri ). This research was carried out in May – July 2015 in the integrated Laboratory of the Faculty of fisheries and marine science, Bung Hatta University, Padang, West Sumatra. This research method using Random Design experiments with complete (RAL) 3 treatments and 3 replicates. Treatment A (enrichment feed with fish liver oil lemuru as much as 9%), treatment B (enrichment feed with shark liver oil as much as 9%) and C (treatment enriched fodder with soybean oil as much as 9%). Research results, the highest survival treatment B i.e. of 86.00% and the lowest on A treatment of 80.00% and C of 80.00%. The absolute weights of the highest growth at A treatment amounted to 3.470 gr and the lowest at the treatment B of 2.984 gr. For the specific weights of the highest daily growth on A treatment of 0.038 gr and the lowest at the treatment B of 0.033 gr. The highest absolute growth in length on A treatment of 4.893 mm and the lowest at the treatment B of 4.516 mm. For the specific length of the highest daily growth on A treatment of 0.054 cm and lowest in treatment B of 0.050 cm. to the highest feed conversion on A treatment of 1.283 gr and the smallest at the treatment B of 1.547 gr.
