PENAMBAHAN MINYAK IKAN HIU PADA MEDIA PENETASAN Artemia salina DENGAN SALINITAS YANG BERBEDA TERHADAP KELANGSUNGAN HIDUP DAN PERTUMBUHAN LARVA IKAN KOI (Cyprinus carpio)

Abstract

Research aims to knowing  the influence of the addition of shark oil in a media hatching Artemia salina with different salinity against survival and growth Koi fish ( Cyprinus carpio L ). This study was conducted in May - June 2015, in the Integrated Laboratory of  Fisheries and  Marine Science Laboratory  Bung Hatta University, Padang. Methods used in this research  is the experiments with Random Complete Design with 4 treatment and 3 times repetition. Treatment  A : Enrichment Artemia salina with oil shark in a media with salinity 10 ppt .Treatment B : Enrichment Artemia salina with oil shark in a media with salinity  20 ppt Treatment C : Enrichment Artemia salina with oil shark in a media with salinity  30 ppt. Treatment D: Enrichment Artemia salina with oil shark in a media with salinity  40 ppt For survival obtained 100 % in every  for treatment. While average heavy highest growth absolute shown in treatment D (0,34 gr) followed treatment C (0,31 gr) next treatment B (0,28 gr) and the lowest found in treatment A (0,25 gr) .Average of  long highest growth absolute shown in treatment D (26,83 mm) followed treatment C (23,73 mm) next treatment B (22,47 mm) and the lowest found in treatment A (18,43 mm).
