UJI PENGGUNAAN VAKSIN HYDROVAC UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEKEBALAN IKAN GURAMI (Osphronemus goramy Lac) TERHADAP BAKTERI Aeromonas hydrophila

Abstract

This research aims to understand the effectiveness of vaccine HydroVac in increase immunity Gorami against bacteria Aeromonas hydrophila and identify the effects vaccination HydroVac to survival Rate Gorami. This study was conducted in june – july 2015 , at the UPTD Porch cultivation of fish Sicincin, fisheries and marine Office  the province of west Sumatra. Method used in research this is the method his experiment with complete random design (CRD) with 4 treatment and 3 repetitions. Treatment A (control), treatment B (vaccine HydroVac as much as 2 ml per kilogram weight fish), treatment C (vaccine HydroVac as much as 3 ml per kilogram weight fish), and treatment D (vaccine HydroVac as much as 4 ml per kilogram weight fish). The research results show that the program HydroVac effective can increase Survival Rate Gorami, Survival Rate on the highest treatment C ( 93.33 ± 2.8 ), followed treatment D with the value of (93.33 ± 2.8), and treatment B with the value of (78.33 ± 5.77) and Survival Rate the lowest in treatment A ( control) to the value of (16.67 ± 5.77)
