VIABILITAS HIBRIDISASI INDUK IKAN GURAMI (Osphronemus goramy Lac, 1801)
Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis hibridisasi induk ikan Gurami terhadap viabilitas meliputi: fekunditas, diameter telur, derajat pembuahan telur, derajat penetasan telur, dan sintasan larva sampai habis kuning telur (SR,15 hari). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari-Maret 2016 dikolam kelompok pembudidaya ikan “Ingin Maju” di Kenagarian Mungo Kecamatan Luak Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yaitu 3 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan A adalah pemijahan induk betina ikan Gurami Merah dengan induk jantan ikan Gurami Merah. Perlakuan B adalah hibridisasi induk betina ikan Gurami Merah dengan induk jantan ikan Gurami Palapah. Perlakuan C adalah Hibridisasi Induk jantan ikan Gurami Merah dengan Induk betina ikan Gurami Tambago. Pemijahan dilakukan secara alami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada perlakuan A diperoleh fekunditas 2.111±560 butir/kg berat badan, diameter telur 1,92±0,15 mm, derajat pembuahan telur 93,31±2,29%, derajat penetasan telur 98,32±0,89% dan sintasan larva 96,04±1,79%. Perlakuan B diperoleh fekunditas 1.711 ± 102 butir/kg berat badan, diameter telur 1,92±0,16 mm, derajat pembuahan telur 93,87±2,68 %, derajat penetasan telur 96,13± 1,64% dan sintasan larva 90,53±3,69 %. Perlakuan C diperoleh fekunditas 687±262 butir/kg berat badan, diameter telur 2,29±0,22 mm, derajat pembuahan telur 84,10±10,77 %, derajat penetasan telur 96,30±1,61 % dan sintasan larva 93,76±0,79%.

The research aims to analyze the hybridization broodstock of gurami (Osphronemus goramy Lac) on the viability include: fecundity, egg diameter, degree of fertilization of eggs, hatching eggs, and larvae survival rate until depleted yolk (SR, 15 days). The experiment was conducted in February-March 2016 concrote pond fish farmers group "Ingin Maju" in Mungo village Luak regensi 50 kota district. The method used is an experimental method with a completely random design (CRD) that is 3 treatments and 3 replications. Treatment A Spawning female broodstock gurami merah with fish gurami merah male. Treatment B is the hybridization of fish gurami merah female with a male broodstock Palapah gurami fish. C treatment is Hybridization Male brooddstok of gurami merah with gurami fish gurami tambago Female mains. The results showed that the treatment was obtained fecundity A 2.111
