STUDI RANCANG BANGUN PERAHU PANCING ULUR DI PANTAI PURUS KOTA PADANG

Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui deskripsi secara umum Perahu Pancing Ulur (handline) di Pantai Purus Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat; menentukan gambar rancang bangun perahu, serta mengetahui spesifikasi konstruksi dan anggaran biaya pembangunan 1 (satu) unit perahu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  terdapat 54 unit perahu pancing ulur  dengan ukuran utama bervariasi yaitu panjang total (LOA) 5.75 – 7.70 m, lebar total (BOA) 0.62 – 0.80 m, dan dalam (D) 0.51- 0.68 m yang didominasi oleh perahu dengan ukuran panjang 6.24 – 6.72 m sebanyak  23 unit atau 42.59 % dari seluruh perahu yang diidentifikasi. Ukuran utama (principle dimension) Perahu sampel memiliki panjang total (LOA) 6.70 m, lebar total (BOA) 0.71 m, dalam (D) 0.59 m, draft (d) 0.30 m, dan freeboard (f) 0.29 m . Nilai perbandingan ukuran utama panjang total dan lebar total (LOA/BOA) 9.30 , panjang total dan dalam (LOA/D) 11.30, serta lebar total dan dalam (BOA/D) 1.20. Bagian konstruksi perahu pancing ulur terdiri dari perahu dasar (serampu), linggi haluan dan linggi buritan, gading-gading, papan lambung, les (papan penutup), galar, kedudukan katir , kedudukan mesin dan kedudukan kemudi, variasi linggi haluan (kapalo tonggok) dan katir. Jenis kayu yang digunakan yaitu Kayu Rasak (Cotylelobium sperdive), Kayu Meranti Merah (Shorea pauciflora King), Kayu  Medang (Sehima wailichi Kort), Kayu Waru (Hibiskus tiliaceus) , dan Bambu (Bambusae sp). Anggaran biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk pembangunan 1 (satu) unit perahu yaitu sebesar Rp. 7.961.500,- (tujuh juta sembilan ratus enam puluh satu ribu lima ratus rupiah), dimana biaya yang paling besar dikeluarkan terdapat pada biaya permesinan sebesar Rp 3.800.000,-.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the description of Boat Fishing generally slacking off (handline) in the beach town of Purus Padang, West Sumatra; and specify the image boat

architecture, as well as knowing the specifications of construction and development cost budget of 1 ( one ) unit of the boat.  The results showed that there are 54 units of the boats fishing the main size varies with the trade-off that is the total length (LOA) 5.75  – 7.70 m, width total (BOA) 0.62 – 0.80 m, and in (D) 0.51 –  0.68 m dominated by boat with length 6.24 many as 23 m units  or 42.59% of the boats were identified.  The primary measure (principle dimension) the sample Boat has a total length (LOA) m, width is total (BOA) 0.71 m, in (D) 0.59 m, draft (d) 0.30 m, and freeboard (f) 0.29 m.  The value of size comparison of total length and width of the main total (LOA/BOA) 9.30,  and the total length(LOA/D) 11.30, well as the breadth of the total and in  (BOA/D) 1 .20 .  Fishing boat construction section consists of a basic trade off  boat  (serampu/local name), steam post and horn timber, frames, hull planking, les boards (boards cover), galar, seat deck beams katir, the position of the engine and the position of the steering wheel, bow linggi variation ( kapalo tonggok) and the katir.  The type of wood used, namely Wood Rasak (Cotylelobium sperdive), wooden Meranti Merah (Shorea pauciflora King), wood Medang (Sehima wailichi Kort), wood Waru (Hibiskus tiliaceus), and bamboo (Bambusae sp.).  The budget for the construction of a 1 (one) unit of the boat that is amounting to Rp 7,961,500.-, where the greatest cost incurred when it is on charge of machine Rp 3,800,000.-
