School Based Management is strategy to raise efektif school by giving larger otonom and supports to apply the participate decision making of their own directly for all the school members , in the case of increasing the school quality based on the national educational wisdom and the regulation concepts. Application School Based Management is concept management educational in Indonesia. Not far away from the indept ”restrukturisation dan reformation” national educational sistem desentralisation and giving large freedom for the school. There are 3 principles that always giving attention in school managerial that are : partisipant, transparancy and accuntability.For this will hope increase the quality education does not happier.Participant ask all stakeholder in making school rule. School must be transparancy, and supporting by accountability. There are many steps in implemantation School Based Management : Socialitation, piloting, and decimination. Factors improve School Based Management implementation are (1) school climate (2) work motivation of head master (3) head master managerial (4) school culture (5) leadership (6) school financial. Effectivitas implementation School Based Management there are some indicators (1) good planning (2) school success to do work have planned (3) school make participant by school members (4) using human being for school purpose.
