Abstrak

This paper will discuss how to determine the square root of a quadrat number by approach a pattern of odd numbers.With the understanding that a search operation square roots is invers of quadrat, then we can star by looking invers of quadrat for a number.It is mean that quadrat of a number n or  n2, obtained by adding n-first odd numbert successively. Suppose that n2 = x, and if the deductible x by n-first odd number successive until 0 so that can be obtained square roots of  x  or  Vx = n.On other side, a pattern of odd number is  2n – 1. Thus square roots of a quadrat number can find by looking square roots of nearest number known before.This pattern would be very helpful if someone wants to find a square root although the big number, so it don’t need a long process and a long time.
