Children's literature can be interpreted as a work of art that is imaginative with the dominant aesthetic elements, whether oral or written, which in particular can be understood by children and contains the world are familiar with the children. Children's literature is a kind of children's story reading is a form of literary works written for children's consumption. As literary works in general, reading children's literature is imaginative creations that can describe imaginary world, brings understanding, and experience a certain beauty. In appreciation of children's literature lesson teacher must prepare learning, learning implementation, and evaluation of learning. Teachers are required to choose teaching materials and methods suitable for the learning process of children's literature.
