MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR MELALUI MEDIA KOMIK PADA PELAJARAN IPA

Abstrak

Interests give an important role in the learning process, because the interest is the determining factor that students be successful in learning. As long as it is in the process of learning the IPA, the student interest is less due to the abstract nature of much of the material and the use of minimal media. Interest would arise if students are interested in something that is needed. To realize the interests of students, the teacher must be creative in presenting lessons, one using the comic medium. Comic Media's images and other symbols that are arranged together in a specific rule that aims to convey information and/or achieve aesthetic responses from its readers. The existence of comics as media learning resources and support materials will facilitate the students in the learning process, especially in the effort to learning concepts that are presented in the form of abstract in the theory course and the need for the representation of concrete. Through the medium of comics attempted to solving problems in the learning process so that the learning process can run effective, efficient and engaging.
