Abstrak

Educational conditions Indonesian among students and people of Indonesia in general is characterized by the growth of positive attitude towards Indonesian, yet the discovery of learning strategies Indonesian language is good, the lack of these efforts, particularly the individual to memahiri Indonesian, yet the growing confidence with the language Indonesia, and attitude feel no need to learn Indonesian. This article will try to explain the characteristics of elementary school children in language development Communicating associated with (a) language education and character development (b) Understanding Indonesian language learning in primary schools, and (c) How to communicate as a source of human values in building a personality.
