PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA TENAGA MEDIS (STUDI KASUS : PUSKSMAS INDERAPURA KAB. PESISIR SELATAN)
Abstract
This study examines the effect of work discipline, organizational commitment and job stress on the performance of medical personnel. In this study, primary data were obtained through distributing questionnaires to all medical personnel at the Inderapura Public Health Center. The object of this research is the medical personnel of the Inderapura Health Center in the southern coastal district. The definition of performance is the quality and quantity of work achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties with the responsibilities assigned to him. Mangkunegara (2015). The method used in this study is multiple regression and T-statistical testing. The results showed that work discipline and organizational commitment had a significant effect on the performance of medical personnel, while job stress had no effect on the performance of medical personnel. In accordance with the results of hypothesis testing, it is suggested for Inderapura Public Health Center, in an effort to improve the Performance of Medical Personnel at Inderapura Public Health Center, it is hoped that the Puskesmas will be able to pay attention to Medical Workforce Discipline and Organizational Commitment which is still not suitable for medical personnel to implement because it is proven to have a great influence on the performance of medical personnel without neglecting other variables not studied. As a material for consideration to pay more attention to good work stress for medical personnel so that it will produce good performance for medical personnel in the future.References
