Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workplace spirituality and organizational justice on mental health with employee engagement as a mediating variable on the employees of the Fisheries Service Office of Lima Puluh Kota Regency. Quantitative analysis techniques were used to test five hypotheses through a survey using a five-point Likert scale. The sampling technique in this research is saturated sampling. The sample in this study was 52 employees at the Fisheries Service of Fifty Cities Regency which were analyzed using SmartPLS 2.0 software. The results showed that workplace spirituality had a positive and significant effect on mental health, organizational justice had a positive and insignificant effect on mental health, workplace spirituality had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, organizational justice had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement and engagement. and not significant to employee engagement with the Fisheries Service of Fifty Cities Regency employees.
