Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of academic information system quality and service quality on student satisfaction in online learning at Bung Hatta University. The sample used was 380 respondents. The data was processed using SPSS 16. The data used in this study were primary data through questionnaires. Hypothesis testing aims to prove the effect of the quality of academic information systems and service quality on student satisfaction in online learning at Bung Hatta University. The results showed that the quality of academic information systems had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction and service quality had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction in online learning at Bung Hatta University. The researcher suggests to Bung Hatta University to improve the information system equipment so that it is available more completely and improve the quality of its services such as providing adequate reference books (e-books) so that students are satisfied in online learning.
