Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of work life, organizational culture and work motivation on the organizational commitment of the employees of the Central Bureau of Statistics of West Sumatra Province. Quantitative research using the saturated sample method is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. In this study, the sample was 74 employees of the Central Statistics Agency of West Sumatra Province. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis which was processed with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate (1) the quality of work life has no significant effect on employee organizational commitment. (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment. (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment.
