Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of motivating language as a moderating variable in linking knowledge sharing behavior variable with job satisfaction variable and innovative work behavior variable. This study used all employees at PT. Serumpun Indah Perkasa Lubuk Alung, Padang Pariaman Regency as the population. The sample of this study were 45 people that taken by a total sampling technique. Hypothesis testing used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study showed that knowledge sharing behavior had a positive effect on job satisfaction, knowledge sharing behavior had a positive effect on innovative work behavior, motivating language did not have an effect in moderating the relationship between knowledge sharing behavior and job satisfaction, and motivating language did not have an effect on moderating the relationship between knowledge sharing behavior and innovative work behavior.
