Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, location, and price on repurchase decisions with customer satisfaction as a mediator. This study uses a quantitative approach, with the technique of analyzing the sample this study totaling 100 consumers of cafe kinol with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The results of the study conclude that, (1) Product Quality has a positive effect on Repurchase Decisions, (2) Positive Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction, (3) Location does not have a positive effect on Repurchase Decisions, (4) Location has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, ( 5) Price has a positive effect on Repurchase Decisions, (6) Price has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, (7) Customer Satisfaction has a positive effect on Repurchase Decisions, (8) Product Quality has a positive effect on Repurchase Decisions with Customer Satisfaction as a mediator, ( 9) Location has a positive effect on Repurchase Decisions with Customer Satisfaction as a mediator, (10) Price has a positive effect on Repurchase Decisions with Customer Satisfaction as a mediator.
