PENGARUH PERSEPSI NASABAH TERHADAP MINAT MENGGUNAKAN FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY
Abstract
This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of customer perceptions on the interest in using financial technology on customers in Kanagarian Surian, Pantai Cermin District, Solok Regency. In this study, several respondents were selected randomly. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were carried out directly. The data analysis method used was multiple regression analysis processed with Stata 12. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that perceived benefits, perceived convenience, and perceived trust had a significant effect on interest in using BRI Mobile financial technology, while risk perception had no significant effect on interest in using BRI Mobile in customers in Kanagarian Surian, Pantai Cermin District, Solok Regency.
