PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA HOTEL AL-MADINAH PARIAMAN
Abstract
This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. In this study, the sample was all employees of the Al-Madinah Hotel, Pariaman City. The process of collecting data is done by distributing questionnaires to each employee. The sampling method used is total sampling. The process of testing the hypothesis is carried out using multiple regression and t-statistical testing. Based on the results of testing the first hypothesis, it was found that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Almadinah Hotel Pariaman City.
