PENGARUH KEADILAN ORGANISASI, PEMBERDAYAAN PSIKOLOGIS DAN KOMITMEN AFEKTIF TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI MEDIASI PADA SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KABUPATEN AGAM
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of organizational justice, psychological empowerment and affectve commitment to organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction as a mediator ( study at employee of Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Agam) .The respondents are 130 employees. This research tested through an analysis of Structural Equation Model using software Smart-PLS 3.2.9. The result of this research proved that the organizational justice has positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, psychological empowerment did not affect significantly job satidfaction, affective commitment did not affect significantly job satisfaction, organizational justice has possitive and significant effect to organizational citizenship behavior, psychological empowerment did not affect significantly organizational citizenship behavior, affective commitment has possitive and significant effect to organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has possitive and significant effect to organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction was proven to mediate the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior, However, it did not mediate the relationship between psychological empowerment and affective commitment to organizational citizenship behavior.
