INFLUENCE OF PERSONALITY TRAITS AND EMOTIONAL EXPRESSIVENESS ON CONFLICT PERCEIVED WITH CONFLICT MANAGEMENT STYLE AS MEDIATING VARIABLES AT THE AGRICULTURAL OFFICE OF PASAMAN REGENCY
Abstrak
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara Personality Traits dan Emotional Expressiveness terhadap Conflict Perceived dengan Conflict Management Style Sebagai Variabel Mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pegawai Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Pasaman, dengan 102 orang sampel. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh atau sensus. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat uji statistic metode Structur Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Conflict Management Style berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Conflict Perceived; Emotional Expressiveness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Conflict Management Style; Personality Traits berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Conflict Management Style; Personality Traits berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Conflict Perceived yang dimediasi oleh Conflict Management Style; Emotional Expressiveness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Conflict Perceived yang dimediasi oleh Conflict Management Style.
