INFLUENCE OF PERSONALITY TRAITS AND EMOTIONAL EXPRESSIVENESS ON CONFLICT PERCEIVED WITH CONFLICT MANAGEMENT STYLE AS MEDIATING VARIABLES AT THE AGRICULTURAL OFFICE OF PASAMAN REGENCY
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence between Personality Traits and Emotional Expressiveness on Conflict Perceived with Conflict Management Style as mediating variables. The research was conducted at the Agriculture Office of Pasaman Regency, with a sample of 102 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling or census. The statistical test tool used in this research is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that Conflict Management Style has a positive and significant effect on Conflict Perceived; Emotional Expressiveness has a positive and significant effect on Conflict Management Style; Personality Traits has a positive and significant effect on Conflict Management Style; Personality Traits has a positive and significant effect on Conflict Perceived mediated by Conflict Management Style; Emotional Expressiveness has a positive and significant effect on Conflict Perceived mediated by Conflict Management Style.
