Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh Leader Member Exchange, keadilan distributif dan Stress kerja pada personiil Polisi hutan dinas kehutanan Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi sampel adalah 43 orang personil polisi hutan dinas kehutanan pronsi sumatera barat. Analisis yang digunakan untuk membuktikan kebenaran hipotesis adalah CFA Validscale. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis ditemukan bahwa Leader member excahnge berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku kerja kontraproduktif, keadilan distributif tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja kontraproduktif dan stress kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja kontraproduktif personil polisi kehutanan provinsi sumatera barat.
