PENGARUH SUBJECTIVE NORM,PERCIEVED USEFULNESS DAN PERCEIVED EASE OF USE TERHADAP INTENTION TO USE LINK-AJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh subjective norm, perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use terhadap intention to use e-wallet Linkaja di Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 101 responden. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SmartPLS versi 3.3.3 meliputi: Measurement Model Assessment, Analisis Deskriptif, R Square dan Structural Model Assessment. Dari hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa subjective norm berpengaruh positif terhadap intention to use, perceived usefulness tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap intention to use dan perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif terhadap Intention to useReferences
