PENGARUH STRES KERJA TERHADAP KELELAHAN KERJA: DIMEDIASI WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT DAN SLEEP DISTURBANCE (Studi Kasus: Tenaga Kesehatan Sukarela di RSUD Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Muara Tebo, Jambi)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kelelahan kerja dengan work-family conflict dan sleep disturbance sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga kesehatan sukarela yang sudah berkeluarga dengan jumlah sampel akhir sebanyak 127 responden. Model penelitian ini diuji kesesuaiannya melalui analisis Structural Equation Model dengan menggunakan software Smart-PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kelelahan kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap work-family conflict, work-family conflict berpengaruh posititf terhadap kelelahan kerja, work-family conflict memediasi hubungan antara stres kerja dan kelelahan kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap sleep disturbance, sleep disturbance berpengaruh positif terhadap kelelahan kerja, sleep disturbance memediasi hubungan antara stres kerja dan kelelahan kerja
