Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh panggilan karir pegawai dan konflik keluarga-pekerjaan terhadab keterikatan kerja pegawai pemerintah di Rumah Sakit Universitas Andalas Padang. Selain itu penelitian ini menginvestigasi peran variabel adabtabilitas karir sebagai variabel mediasi antara panggilan karir dan konflik keluarga-pekerjaan terhadap keterikatan kerja. Keterikatan kerja pegawai merupakan variabel penting yang mendapat perhatian dalam kenyamanan dan bertahan dalam pekerjaan, sehingga dapat memberikan layanan yang optimal di Rumah Sakit Universitas Andalas Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Tenaga Kesehatan yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Universitas Andalas Padang, dimana jumlah sampel sebanyak 148 pegawai dengan menggunakan Proporsional Cluster Random Sampling. Model penelitian ini diuji kesesuaiannya melalui analisis Structural Equation Model dengan menggunakan softwere Smart-PLS 3.2.Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa panggilan karir berpengaruh terhadap keterikatan kerja, konflik keluarga-pekerjaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keterikatan kerja, panggilan karir berpengaruh terhadap adabtabilitas karir, konflik keluarga-pekerjaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap adabtabilitas karir, adabtabilitas karir berpengaruh terhadap keterikatan kerja, adabtabilitas karir memediasi hubungan antara panggilan karir dengan keterikatan kerja dan adabtabilitas karir memediasi hubungan antara konflik keluarga-pekerjaan dengan keterikatan kerja.
