PENGARUH ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR SEBAGAI PEMEDIASI ANTARA NEGATIVE AFFECT, KNOWLEDGE SHARING DAN KINERJA KREATIF : PERAN KOMPETENSI KERJA SEBAGAI MODERASI ( Studi Kasus pada Basarnas dan BPBD Provinsi Sumatera Barat)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) sebagai pemediasi antara Negative Affect, Knowledge Sharing, dan Kinerja Kreatif, dengan peran Kompetensi Kerja sebagai moderator. Studi dilakukan pada Basarnas dan BPBD di Provinsi Sumtera Barat. 9 hipotesis dikembangkan dan di uji dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teori dari penelitian ini adalah Mood Of Regulation Theory. Data penelitian adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket atau kuesioner metode purposive sampling. Variabel diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert lima dengan rentang “sangat tidak setuju”(1) sampa pada “sangat setuju”. Metode pengolahan data mengaplikasikan Model Persamaan Struktural (structural equation model) dengan menggunakan software Smart-Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. Jumlah sampel akhir sebanyak 201 responden. Measurement model assessment dan structural model assessment digunakan untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian. Setelah lolos dari penilaian model pengukuran, model struktur menunjukan bahwa model mempunyai relevansi dan kekuatan predikrif yang baik. Uji hipotesi menunjukkan bahwa organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) memediasi hubungan antara negative affect dan kinerja kreatif ,kompetensi kerja memoderasi hubungan antara negative affect dan organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB). Selain itu hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa lima pengaruh langsung juga siginifikan yaitu (i) organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) dan kinerja kreatif (ii) knowledge sharing dan kinerja kreatif (iii) knowledge sharing ke kinerja kreatif (iv) kompetensi kerja dan organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB). Dan tiga pengaruh langsung dan tidak signifikan yaitu negative affect dan kinerja kreatif (ii) negative affect dan organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB).
