Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan pemberdayaan psikologis terhadap kreativitas pegawai dengan employee voice behavior sebagai mediasi (studi pada pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Aceh). Jumlah responden sebanyak 164 orang pegawai. Model penelitian ini diuji kesesuaiannya melalui analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan softwere Smart-PLS versi 3.2.9. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap empoyee voice behavior tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas pegawai. Pemberdayaan psikologis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap empoyee voice behavior dan kreativitas pegawai, dan employee voice behavior tidak berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas pegawai. Selanjutnya, employee voice behavior tidak memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, pemberdayaan psikologis dan kreativitas pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Aceh.
