Abstract

ABSTRAK
Kebahagiaan di tempat kerja dipandang sebagai faktor penting yang dapat meningkatkan
motivasi, kinerja, dan loyalitas karyawan, sekaligus menurunkan tingkat stres serta keinginan
untuk keluar dari organisasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada 78 orang karyawan PT Pelabuhan
Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Teluk Bayur dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data
dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan hubungan sosial berpengaruh positif
terhadap kebahagiaan di tempat kerja, sedangkan keadilan organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif.
Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kebijakan perusahaan dalam mendukung keseimbangan kerja
dan membangun interaksi sosial yang harmonis merupakan faktor utama dalam meningkatkan
kebahagiaan karyawan, sementara aspek keadilan organisasi belum memberikan pengaruh
yang berarti.
