EKSISTENSI DINAS PENANAMAN MODAL DAN PELAYANAN PERIZINAN TERPADU SATU PINTU DALAM PEMBERIAN PERIZINAN APOTEK MENURUT PERMENKES NOMOR 9 TAHUN 2017 TENTANG APOTEK DI KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN

Abstract

Based on Regent Regulation No. 7 of 2017 on delegation of licensing and non-licensing service to (DPMPPTSP) has not been realized properly. Problem formulation in this research are: 1) How is the implementation of permit to set up a pharmacy by the One Stop Service and One Stop Service in Pesisir Selatan Regency? 2) What are the constraints faced by the Capital Investment and Integrated Licensing Service One door in South Pesisir Regency? 3) What are the efforts made by the Department of Investment and Integrated Licensing Service One door in South Pesisir Regency Based on the formulation of the problem then the authors use the method of legal juridical sociological research, by Getting Data from the study of documents and interviews, and data analysis techniques performed using qualitative method of data that appears tangible description of words and not a series of statistical figures. The results of the research are: 1) Implementation of permit to establish a pharmacy by the Department of Investment and Integrated One Stop Service License lasted long and complicated. 2) The obstacles faced by the Office of Investment and Integrated Licensing Services One Door in the administration of pharmacy permits is the community is less critical of the rules issued by the government as well as the lack of staffing staff knowledge of the rules in the field of licensing services. 3) Efforts made in facing these obstacles is in the form of socialization by providing excellent service.
