Formula of is problem of 1) Is case of Number: 69/Pdt.G/2014/PN.Mrb. can be told to fulfill deed element contempt of court? 2)Apakah consideration of Estuary judge of district court of Bungo in verdict Nomor:69/Pdt.G/2014/Pn.Mrb. According to BORNING, RBG and of KUHPERDATA? This Research use type research of law of normatif, data the used is data of sekunder, used data collecting technique that is document study with analysis qualitative. Result of research 1) In case of Number:69/Pdt.G/2014/Pn.Mrb can be proved that sued have done deed contempt of court, because mastering marshland property of plaintiff. 2) Consideration Estuary judge of district court of Bungo in verdict Number:69/Pdt.G/2014/Pn.Mrb. by considering purchase deed evidence that is Verification -1 up to Verification-4 that dispute object land; ground for the width of 4 Ha. is property of plaintiff
