PELAKSANAAN PERJANJIAN KERJA SAMA ANTARA BADAN PENYELENGGARA JAMINAN SOSIAL (BPJS) DENGAN KLINIK RAHMI HATTA DALAM PELAYANAN KESEHATAN PESERTA BPJS

ABSTRACT
Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 71 The year 2014, health facilities can make cooperation with the BPJS health through cooperation agreement. BPJS as overall responsibility for the to manage the health insurance held in cooperation with the clinic RahmiHatta.the formulation of the issues raised are: 1) How the implementation of the cooperation agreement between the BPJS Branch Health field with the clinic RahmiHatta? 2) What is the problem faced by the clinic RahmiHattain the implementation of the cooperation agreement and service participants BPJS?. The research method used is legal research sociological which emphasizes the research to get the primary data.The results of this research are: 1) For the implementation of the contents of the covenant Clinic RahmiHatta provides health facilities for participants BPJS namely outpatient dental services, ambulance service, treatment wound the former operating sewing, patients with pregnancy, family planning and control of the pregnancy with the procedure stipulated in the agreement namely, patients bring, BPJS card based on the card patients will get treatment by the doctor. When can not be handled by the doctor and will be referred to. 2) The problem faced the clinic RahmiHatta in the implementation of the cooperation agreement is on the system from the ministry of the participants BPJS conducted by the officers of the diKlinikRahmiHatta and in the face of the patient participants BPJS namely patients are not familiar with the rules BPJS, patients who feel compounded in requesting a letter of reference and patients who do not pay dues.
