Unalienated land is ' nature reserve ' the House that usually consists of a forest far from the ghetto and shrubs from the village, usually at the foot of the Hill. Customary land according to the Minangkabau people is the legacy of those who founded the nagari. A fiduciary is a person who has a dipihak property, pagang is dipihak people who have money. The problem in this research are (1) how does the implementation of  customary land  pawn  pagang  House  Patamuan  in  Padang  pariaman  (2)  what factors cause communities Patamuan sub district of Padang Pariaman unalienated land pawn pagang do  House. This research uses a type of juridical  sociological research. The data used include primary data and secondary data, techniques of data collection through interviews and document study, data were analyzed qualitatively. From research it can be concluded that (1) has not been the entire implementation of the pledge was fulfilled by pagang pagang pledge, associated with the approval of the members in the House, the chief beneficiary of this present, mamak, princesses, and unnoticed by the density of the customs of the Nagari and Wali Nagari. (2) factor- factor masyarakaat do pagang pawn, because economic factors are not sufficient and as for who did the pawn beyond the terms that have been in the Minangkabau adat law specified that will be solved conversationally.
