PELAKSANAAN PERJANJIAN JUAL BELI GAS ELPIJI 3 KG ANTARA PT. SUMBER GUNA ALAM DENGAN PANGKALAN EDI SAPUTRA

A gas stove is one of the household items that nowadays more and more in demand by the society, so it is essential for the gas cylinder equipment. Gas cylinders can be obtained in a variety of agents or stands. Edi Saputra stand is one of the stands that provide LPG 3 kg gas cylinders that executes agreements with PT. Sumber Guna Alam to supply LPG 3 kg. The problems in this research are (1) how the implementation of the sale of LPG between PT. Sumber Guna Alam dan Edi Saputra stand (2) What are the obstacles encountered in the sale performances of LPG 3 kg in Edi Saputra stand. This research uses juridical sociological research type. Data used include primary and secondary data, data collection through interviews and document research, data are analyzed qualitatively. From the study concluded that (1) There is an unfulfilled liability of the agent related to lack of its activity in the business of agents party and service to the stand and there has been no action to address the lack of launch to supply gas distribution (2) obstacle encountered in the implementation of the sale of LPG 3 kg gas is the interrupted distribution lines.
