Kewenangan Pemerintah Kota Padang Dalam Memberikan Perizinan Pendirian Apotek

Abstract

Based on the authority issued by the Government of the city of Padang through Regulation number 61 by 2015 Mayor of Pelimpahan Integrated Services to the Organization of the Authority (BPMPTSP) has been running properly but there are various obstacles in implementation. As for the formulation of the problem in this study include: (1) how is the implementation of the grant of a permit established by the Government of the city of Padang pharmacies? (2) what are the obstacles faced by the Government of the city of Padang in conducting clearance permit pharmacies? (3) what are the efforts made the Government of the city of Padang in overcoming constraints permit pharmacy?. To answer the question that the author has done sociological research methods and uses data source i.e. primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used is the study of the documents and interviews. The analysis of the data used is qualitative analysis. A summary of the results of the study are: (1) the implementation of the granting of the permission set up pharmacies conducted by capital investment and Service Agency Integrated Single door (BPMPTSP) and health service of the city of Padang. (2) obstacles faced by the Government of the city of Padang in conducting clearance permit community pharmacies who are unwilling to heed any regulations of the Government of the city of Padang. (3) the efforts made by the Government of the city of Padang in the face of obstacles which exist in the form of socialization, written reprimand and reprimand orally.
