Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection Section 7 regulates the obligations of businesses, where businesses must provide protection to consumers. The issues examined in this study were: 1) What are some forms of consumer protection by PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Indarung Padang branch to customers in a credit card fraud case, 2) How is the implementation of consumer protection by PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Branch Padang Indarung to customers in a credit card fraud case, 3) Forms and Consumer Protection Implementation By PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Padang branch Indarung Against the Customer in practice. This type of research is a sociological study. Source data used are primary data, secondary data, and tertiary legal materials. Data collection through the study of documents and interviews. The data was analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of this study concluded that 1) a form of protection provided by PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Branch Padang Indarung against customers in retrospective case series burglary credit card is to track down perpetrators of the burglary, CCTV show, indemnities, offers another solution, following all legal settlement 2) the implementation of consumer protection by PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Indarung Padang branch to customers in a credit card fraud case is a standalone Call, processed through a branch office, customer complaints system, in the process through the central office, for damages. 3) The form and the process of implementation of consumer protection by Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Indarung Padang branch to customers in a credit card fraud case that has been realized in practice is an ATM PIN, CCTV, offers another solution, follow all legal recourse, redress. And implementation that has been realized is independent of call.
