ABSTRACT

  In the conduct of security installations and assets, as well as the enforcement of electricity theft and criminal offenses PLN electricity business environment there is a memorandum of understanding between the PLN and the police in the framework of enhancing the security implementation, coordination and enforcement matters relating to the assets, installation and operation of electricity. The problems are: (1) how coordination PLN and police in combating the crime of theft of electricity in Padang?
