Abstract
ABSTRACK
Criminal psychology is the science study of the law as a manifestation of the development of the soul of man. To know the psyche of the perpetrators then required the role of witnesses, criminal psychology expert witnesses experts arranged in Article 186 of criminal. The formulation of the problem: (1)How the role of the criminal psychology expert witnesses in the vindication of the criminal acts of murders carried out by the parents against the children? (2)Whether obstacles encountered by criminal psychology expert witnesses in the vindication of the criminal acts of murders carried out by the parents of children in the case number: 261/Pid.Suisse/2015/PN.Pdg?. Research approach using the normative approach. The data sources include legal materials primary, secondary and tertiary preventive measures. Data collection technique that is the decision of the case No. 261/Pid.Suisse/2015/PN.Pdg. data analyzed by qualitative research. The conclusions of the research: (1)Role of criminal psychology expert witnesses in the vindication of the criminal acts of murders carried out by the parents of children in the case number: 261/Pid.Suisse/2015/PN.Pdg that criminal psychological checking associated with the effects of the effects of cognitive factors, affective, and attitudes toward the legal process and related examination accused psyche (2) problems encountered by criminal psychology expert witnesses in the vindication of the criminal acts of murders carried out by the parents of children in the case number: 261/Pid.Suisse/2015/PN.Pdg dlakukan psychological examination process by the doctor not found criminal psychological problems in the examination due to the defendants provide a description in the state do not experience psychological disorders.
