ABSTRACT

Pursuant to background hence writer wish to know how process of is solving of case between clan of bonas mudo malin and of azhar natural patigan atun of case of No.10/Pdt.G/1993/ PN.KBR, how process of boundary statement of sipadan, and how consideration of judge to strength of verification of commensurable statement in solving of case of customary right for land land;ground at District Court Of Koto Baru of Sub-Province of Solok case of No10/Pdt.G/1993/Pn.KBR. This research have the character of sosiologis yuridis that is with approach of problem pass research of law seen existing legislation relate to practice in field. From result of research known that process of is solving of dispute pass/through institute of KAN ( non litigasi), and afterwards because one of the parties do not lick lips of decision of KAN hence in overflowing the the case to District Court Of Koto Baru, Sub-Province of Solok, process of made commensurable statement to pass/through agreement of is each commensurable statement side can be made by xself and also pass/through more knowing about others aid of law, and commensurable Statement have the power of verification that is only diaggap as start evidence written by if do not be strenghtened by other evidence appliance
